Shipping Information
We ship anywhere in the Continental United States. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours, but please note we do not offer same-day shipping.
We primarily use UPS for all online orders. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, or PO Boxes, please call us directly to place your order, as these ship via USPS. If you prefer USPS for a street address, you must also place your order by phone.
Required Information for Shipping
To ensure your order is delivered without delay, please provide the correct information.
- Residential Address: We need the recipient's name, street address, city, state, and zip code. A phone number is optional but helpful. Please double-check that your address is accurate before submitting.
- Commercial Address: We need the recipient's name, street address (including any suite, floor, or box numbers), city, state, and zip code. Providing a phone number is beneficial. Missing information can cause delays.
Shipping & Tax
Shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, PO Boxes, or for those who prefer USPS, shipping charges will be provided when you call to place your order.
Texas Tax: If a selected item (such as chocolates or candies) is taxable and shipped within Texas, the shipping charges are also taxable. Our Texas tax rate is 8.25%. Items shipped outside of Texas are not charged a tax.
Important Shipping Notes
- Christmas Holiday: To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order no later than December 10th.
- Warm Weather: To prevent melting, we stop shipping chocolate candies during the summer months when the average outside temperature reaches 80°F or more.
Return Policy
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our products. If you have an issue with an item you've received, please contact us within 5 days of purchase, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
